Our DKS sustainability strategy in 5 pillars
1. Commitment to the energy transition
DKS develops energy solutions geared towards the transition of the fuel sector, with a particular focus on reducing emissions and ensuring process transparency.
The company has implemented emissions monitoring systems in line with applicable regulatory requirements and is committed to working with suppliers who operate in accordance with sustainability standards recognised at European level.
DKS’s objective is to contribute to the development of more efficient and sustainable energy solutions in compliance with the current regulatory framework.
2. Emissions monitoring and regulatory compliance
The company is registered with the DEHSt (reference no. 12210-2203, effective as
of 01 August 2025) and operates in compliance with the applicable regulatory
framework. DKS operates in accordance with an emissions monitoring plan that
complies with the relevant legal requirements and is integrating its corporate
management system with a CMA Carbon Management Accounting system, with
the aim of providing customers with reliable and verifiable information.

3. Sustainable logistics through green means of transport and intelligent route planning
We are decarbonizing logistics through the increased use of rail and environmentally friendly means of transport such as e-trucks and bio-LNG.
4. Intelligent Strategic goals for the expansion of HVO, FAME and RFNBO
DKS operates in alignment with the sustainability requirements applicable to fuel
distribution within the European framework. The company is registered in the Nabisy
system and ensures the proper handling and transfer of sustainability documentation
where applicable.
- Concluding contracts with filling station operators
We conclude targeted contracts with filling station operators who wish to switch to HVO and FAME in order to expand the range of sustainable fuels available to our customers. - Investments in multi-fuel filling stations
We are consistently investing in multi-fuel filling stations that offer HVO, FAME and RFNBO in order to guarantee our customers flexible and future-proof refueling options. - Acquisition of environmental certifications
DKS has successfully completed the audit process conducted by the certification body BUREAU VERITAS in accordance with the recognised REDIII / ISCC standards and is certified under certificate number
[EU-ISCC-Cert-PL214-30044296].
The aim is to ensure full transparency and traceability throughout the supply chain and to provide customers with reliable information on sustainability.
5. Engagement in the energy transition of the transport sector
DKS aims to support the decarbonisation of the transport sector through the
development of strategic partnerships, engagement with relevant industry associations
and alignment with national and European policy frameworks.
The company seeks to contribute to the reduction of CO₂ emissions in the transport
sector by promoting innovative energy solutions.
