In October 2024, as part of a strategic realignment of the Group, the German company DKS ELIQUID GMBH was acquired as a uniform ownership structure within the same Group. This was a milestone in the European development of our Group, which is now fully operational and on its way to becoming a leading energy supplier.

Our strategy focuses on the development and promotion of environmentally friendly energy sources that meet growing market demand. We make targeted investments in the production and processing of sustainable raw materials to ensure a stable and competitive supply. By expanding our production and sales capacities in Europe and strengthening strategic partnerships, we are ensuring access to sustainable resources. Of particular interest to all of us at DKS is our efficient ESG strategy, which can make a real contribution to achieving the European 2050 targets, i.e. reducing CO₂ emissions, and accelerating the energy transition.

We see ourselves as an active driver of the global energy transition and are working with a clear vision, strong partnerships and targeted investments towards a future in which sustainability and innovation are the cornerstones of the energy sector.
